History of Murdock, Inc.

For over one hundred fifty years Murdock, Inc. has been the benchmark in both the drinking fountain and water hydrant industries. As early as 1853, while most people were drawing water from common wells, the Murdock company was manufacturing and installing water delivery systems throughout the country. Our 1776 Old Style drinking fountain and our M75 hydrant were two of our original designs and we still manufacture both of these items. Many of our products made over a century ago can still be serviced with original parts and we welcome inquiries regarding the rebuilding of existing fountains or hydrants to their original condition.
